Collection to Local Area
We're excited to offer you an additional service this summer holiday. Please be aware of the following important information:
👋🏻 How it works: Simply choose "Local Area Collection" option during checkout at least 7 days before your prefered delivery date and we'll do the rest.
📆 Delivery Schedule: We will be running multiple delivery rounds during the holidays to ensure everyone gets a chance to collect their garments.
⏰ Order Deadline: Please place your orders at least 7 days before your preferred delivery date. We will do our best to deliver your order on this date at specified location.
📦 Stock Availability: Our stock is subject to availability. In case any items are out of stock, we will do our best to inform you and provide suitable alternatives where possible.
📧 Email Notification: Once your order is ready for collection, we will email you the day before to let you know your order is on the delivery. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number during the ordering process.
🚀 Missed the slot? Don't Worry: If you miss the first delivery round, fret not! As mentioned, we will be conducting multiple rounds throughout the holidays, so you'll have another opportunity to collect your order.
🔔 Can someone else collect? What will I need to bring? Yes, someone else can collect your order. All you need is your order number (this is sent with your order confirmation), the surname of the person who ordered and the school name.
