Delivery options
Elizabeths want to ensure you can track your goods when you have paid a courier to deliver them, we work with DPD as we believe that they offer the best service to you.
You have the option of setting up a safe location for the delivery to ensure you never miss an urgent parcel, we strongly advise doing this as it helps the driver which in turn ensures you get the parcel quickly. It is also useful to add DPD to your email favourites so that you never miss any communication.
We offer 3 options for receiving your garments:

Delivery By DPD - £7.50
Delivery by DPD – this option is £7.50. Since 2020, we have seen our shipping costs increase and as a result are making a small change to our pricing effective from 26/01/24. This was a challenging decision for our team as we know it directly impacts our loyal customers, however we are currently exploring alternatives. Please refer to our other collection methods as the more cost effective options.
After placing your order, it is picked, quality checked, and packed (approximately 2-3 weeks out of peak, and 3+ weeks during peak).
Once complete, it is then collected by DPD and delivered to your chosen address on the next working day.
During the summer, when we have many parcels and we are working 7 days per week we also have collections and deliveries at the weekend.

Collect From Shop - Free
Collection from our shop at Wellington Sq, Stockton – this option is free! We have provided details of a free car park within a short walk of the shop. Please click the button below:
Collect From School - £1
Collection from school – this option is £1. This option has the potential to take slightly longer to arrive due to the nature of bulk parcels being hand delivered to the school office, please bear this in mind when selecting this option.
From 12th June 2023, this option will be suspended until the Autumn term. This is to ensure uniform orders will not be delayed or held at the school office over the summer holiday.
Please note that Our Lady & St. Bede, Ian Ramsey, Ingleby Manor, Grangefield, All Saints & Northfield Schools do not currently offer Delivery To School.
