Our standard returns policy for items bought is 28 days. This applies to both online and in-store purchases, (exclusions apply).

If the item is unused, not personalised and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. The following items are unable to be returned: made to measure, and personalised items, items that have been altered to fit by our team or a third party, swimwear & tights.

The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.

Please ensure you give us the correct name that the order was placed with (this does create confusion!), the name of the school, pupil name and items ordered so we can complete a full and comprehensive check and get back to you quickly.
Yes, however we would prefer to see you in our shop but if this is more convenient then please post to the shop where we will deal with your return within 7 days of receipt.

We don’t reimburse the cost of postage unless the garment is faulty. We reserve the right to repair.

Credit receipts are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which is clearly printed on the receipt, all credit receipts must be intact, not defaced, or damaged.

Please note we can’t replace or extend credit receipt; they are the responsibility of the customer to keep safe and use within the valid period.
